8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit To Expire

The first time home buyer tax credit is set to expire November 30,2009. With the average process to close a transaction 30 to 45 days that leaves very little time to take advantage of this tremendous incentive.
A non cash buyer must go under contract in the next few days and close before November 30 to get the credit. The legislators have been wrestling over the extension for some time. They have tried to attach it to other bills that have not passed.
Time is running out for buyers and legislators to keep a good stimulus to the economy in effect.Contact your local Congressman and Senator and demand an extension.
